My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Diamond City Hotel Sha Certified for two nights in Bangkok. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with a warm welcome and even offering us apples and juice upon arrival. They took care of our bags and escorted us to our room. The room itself was spacious, although the lighting was slightly dim. However, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location of the hotel is convenient, with a skytrain station nearby and popular shopping malls within walking distance. We also discovered a charming cluster of bars called Coco Walk at the end of the street. we had a great experience at Diamond City Hotel Sha Certified and would highly recommend it.
I do recommend this hotel.

I had a really great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were lovely and spoke good English, which made things so much easier. They even gave us a detailed map of the area, pointing out all the nearby attractions and how long it would take to walk to them. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two king-size beds just like in the pictures. And for vegetarians, breakfast had some options too!
Everything was great, no complaints here!

The hotel room was spacious and perfect for a family. We were pleasantly surprised to find two king size beds, which was a nice bonus. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with information and recommendations during our stay.
The hotel felt a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The room we initially stayed in had a musty smell and a few maintenance issues, such as a screeching toilet door and dim lighting in the bathroom.

Spent my New Year at this hotel and was pleased with the stay. The staff was helpful and friendly, helping us with excursions and directions. Enjoyed the free popcorn and bottles of water. The decorations around the hotel gave an authentic feel and added to the overall experience. The location was great as it was only a five-minute walk from the sky train and the street around the corner had amazing food choices.
The room was a bit disappointing as it was smaller than advertised, making it difficult to move around. The bathtub was dirty and had no taps, and the shower had too much pressure and fluctuated from hot to cold.

The room had a comfortable bed and ample power outlets. The staff was friendly and spoke English well. The complimentary Wi-Fi had excellent coverage and fast connection.
